This course offers practical support to navigate the emotional and mental challenges that follow such a significant disruption. Whether you are facing trauma, stress, or emotional overwhelm, this course introduces the B.R.A.I.N.S. Technique™—a quick and effective method to calm your nervous system, regain control, and restore stability during moments of intense fear, anxiety, or stress.

Whether you’re navigating your own recovery or supporting others, this course provides essential tools to support your mental and emotional well-being, empowering you to move forward with resilience and strength.

Program Overview:

  • 2-hour live webinar: The program starts with a 2-hour webinar where you will learn the B.R.A.I.N.S. Technique™ and how it can help you shift out of survival mode and into a healing state.

  • Access to 3 live class/support calls: During these calls, you'll learn additional ways to use the technique, and have the opportunity to connect with Whitney and other participants, ask questions, discuss challenges, and celebrate your successes.

  • Community Board: You’ll also have access to a community board for ongoing engagement and support throughout the program.
