B.R.A.I.N.S. Technique™ Gains Ground at National Healthcare Conference

  • Whitney Natiello

I’m thrilled to share some exciting news with you.

In July, I had the privilege of being invited to present the B.R.A.I.N.S. Technique™ at  a prestigious national conference in Washington, D.C.—a high-level think tank focused on the future of healthcare in the United States.

I had a seat at the table.

I was there representing wholistic healthcare and specifically the B.R.A.I.N.S. Technique™, contributing to conversations that are actively shaping the direction of care in this country.

The energy in the room was unlike anything I’ve experienced—leaders from every corner of the healthcare system coming together to explore solutions that actually work. These conferences are now happening on a quarterly basis, which signals real movement toward innovation, prevention, and whole-person care.

And the B.R.A.I.N.S. Technique™ was recognized as a tool with the potential to transform how we approach stress, anxiety, and acute trauma—by resolving it at the root.

One of the most exciting outcomes from this experience?

A powerful new connection was made with a Canadian medical technology company that’s developed a portable cardiac sensor device capable of collecting over 125 cardiac data points in just one minute, including a full echocardiogram.

Their CEO said it best about our collaboration:

“With our cardiac diagnostics and the B.R.A.I.N.S. Technique™ to interrupt the stress cycle, we have an incredible opportunity to change the face of healthcare.”

As a result of this collaboration, we are preparing to launch a cutting-edge research pilot program—and you may be able to take part.

Asheville, NC–area participants in this study will receive:

✔️ Receive a B.R.A.I.N.S. Technique™ session from Whitney

✔️ Experience a non-invasive cardiac measurement using advanced portable med tech  (Note: This device is for research use only and not intended for diagnosis or treatment.)

✔️ Help gather data for a study exploring how nervous system regulation may impact cardiovascular patterns and stress responses

📬 Watch your inbox. Details are coming soon on how you can join this exciting research opportunity—combining advanced cardiac data collection and a B.R.A.I.N.S. Technique™ session designed to help regulate stress at its source.

Together, we’re stepping into a new era of healthcare—rooted in prevention, empowered by science, and driven by transformation.

With gratitude for your continued support,
Whitney
